Marigold Birth Collective(“Marigold,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit marigoldbirthcollective.com(the “Site”) or reach out to us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you contact us by email or phone, or request or book a consultation through our scheduling provider, you may share your name, email address, phone number, due date, and any details you choose to include about your pregnancy, family, or care needs.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our analytics tools collect standard technical and usage information such as the pages you view, the approximate region you visit from (derived from your IP address, which our analytics tools do not store in full), the referring website, and basic details about your device and browser.

Analytics and cookies

We use two analytics services to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it:

• Vercel Web Analytics — a privacy-focused tool that measures aggregate traffic without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
• Google Analytics 4 — a Google service that helps us understand which pages and actions (such as starting a consultation booking) are most useful to visitors. Google Analytics uses cookiesand similar technologies and may process your data on Google’s servers. We have not enabled Google’s advertising or cross-site tracking features. See Google’s Privacy Policy, and “Your choices” below to opt out.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations;
• provide and coordinate doula, mentorship, and education services;
• understand and improve how the Site performs; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party services

We rely on a few trusted service providers who process information on our behalf:

• HoneyBook — consultation scheduling, client communication, contracts, and payments. Information you submit through a HoneyBook booking form is handled under HoneyBook’s privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — site analytics (see above).
• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-focused analytics.

These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.

Your choices

• Cookies.You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. The Site’s core pages work without them.
• Opt out of Google Analytics. Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block analytics cookies in your browser.
• Access or deletion.You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared with us by emailing hello@marigoldbirthcollective.com. We’ll respond as required by applicable law.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Children’s privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date below. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
