Why Families Love Private Classes
Personalized to you
Every family, pregnancy, and birth experience is unique. Your class is tailored specifically to your goals, concerns, and birth setting.
Learn in a comfortable environment
No crowded classrooms or hospital smells. Learn from the comfort of home, or enjoy an intimate, relaxed setting in our studio.
Evidence-based support
We provide evidence-based childbirth education so you have the information you need to make informed decisions with confidence.
Hands-on labor & newborn prep
We practice comfort measures, breathing techniques, labor positions, partner support, feeding strategies, and newborn soothing in a practical, supportive setting.
Your partner feels prepared, too
Partners leave feeling involved and confident in how to support you emotionally and physically through birth and postpartum.
Space for real conversations
Private classes leave room for the questions that feel TMI in a big group — recovery, feeding, fears, and everything in between, without judgment.
